It’s funny how it really works…..
Anytime you feel a negative emotion, stop and say;
Something is important here. Otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want?
Then simply turn your attention to what you want.
In that instant, the negative emotion stops. And in that instant, the negative momentum stops.
Then continue thinking about what you DO want.
Then the positive momentum begins.
In that instant, you will notice, that your not-good feeling of which you had a short time ago, is now a good feeling.
Just like that.
It’s funny how that works.
